  • 2 cans black beans,drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1/4-1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
  • ½-1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 med. tomatoes, chopped
  • Dash Tabasco sauce or hot sauce
  • Dash salt

Instructions: Mix black beans, corn, vinegar, onion, tomatoes, hot sauce, salt and chill. Best served cold and after allowed to sit for a few hours. Serve with tostados.
