  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1tsp. Sugar
  • 2 ½ Cups sliced apples
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • ¾ Cup Margarine (melted)
  • ½ Cup Chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Pinch of salt

Swedish Apple Pie RecipeCombine cinnamon, 1 tsp. sugar and mix with sliced apples. Put mixture in a greased 9” pie plate.

Topping: In a separate bowl mix 1 cup sugar with margarine and add chopped nut, flour and egg, slightly beaten, and a pinch of salt. Spread topping over apples in the pie pan and bake at 350 degrees F. about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.

  • 36 cup Party Coffee Perculator
  • 36 Cups of Cider
  • Mulled cider spices (Found at the Fly Creek Cider Mill)
  • Sticks of cinnamon

Fill a party perculator with cider adding sticks of cinnamon to bottom. Put mulling spices in coffee ground basket. Plug in perculator. Cider will perk through spices for hot spiced cider for a crowd!

  • 1/4 Cup butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ Cups chopped apples
  • 1 Cup chocolate chips

Apple RecipesPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and Flour a 12-cup bundt pan or tube pan. Beat butter until fluffy in large bowl. Gradually add sugars; continue beating until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and add to first mixture. Mix well. Add apples and chips; mix just until blended. Turn into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until center springs back. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack.
